Online Database
Make the database completely online with username and password protection. Keep all the same features but where you can log on from any computer and work. This would be great for youth ministries.

For a quick fix try LogMeIn.com...it's like Gotomypc....but free!!! You can see your desktop from any computer, and do work make changes, get information, and even e-mail yourself stuff that you exported
